Leica DMi8 widefield fluorescence microscope

Leica live cell microscope for live cell imaging

This system is based on an inverted DMi8 microscope base that is equipped with two fast, motorised filter wheels for excitaion and emission filtering. The Hamamatsu Flash 4.0 sCMOS camera guarantees fast acquisition timeswith a larde filed of view. A physical auto focus module (AFC) helps to keep the sample in focus. The entire system is enclosed for environmental control. The location is room C2.39.
